Comment:  wouldn't really call pi phi a top house anymore, because their girls are never present in the greek community, guy friends say that they never show up to exchanges or try to mingle with the guys if they do come, and are obsessed with being too quirky to function. idk def upper middle but not within the ranks the other 3 "top 4"
