Comment:  it was formed by quality men that did not like the existing fraternities and could not get in them. the house was taken over from sigma, and is pretty solid. not being on vernon means that feel less heat from the campus safety which is an advantage. not a terrible place, just really not impressive either. too many members, and some of them hate each other. some are poor pretending to be otherwise.
