Comment:  Pi Phi has definitely made an improvement and huge impression in the past couple of years, if I don't say so myself I see them as the top house. They seem to posses all the greatest qualities like for 1, being the most fun and energetic girls i know, but also having a strong sisterhood and an amazing overall attitude toward the community and university. Not to mention they just keep getting HOTTER and HOTTER each year!
