Comment:  Theta Xi is probably the best Fraternity on campus. Pi Kappa Phi, the other one, like to party and rage and it has gotten them in some tight situations. Theta Xi is very close and tight nit, its harder to get into their bonds and get a bid, but once you do, you've got real brothers not paid friends.
