Comment:  Sigma Kappa is definitely a lower tier house, but not in a bad way. You never hear anything particularly good or bad about them. I have noticed that a lot of negative stereotypes don't have a lot of basis in fact. They typically have a very weak recruitment and don't leave a good impression on a lot of girls. They seem real and down to earth, so if you're looking at this for recruitment, give them a chance, because you might find that you would be very happy here!
