Comment:  If sigma chi didn't start slipping and pike wasn't suspended, they would still be viewed as that upper middle tier house with the goobers and nerds. They should be on their knees thanking sigma chi and pike that they're #1 now. Sigma chi slipped because they didn't have another Alpha male house like pike supporting them anymore. So the house with the "nice guys" are starting to make a comeback. I'd take a hot, buff, douche over a cute smart guy anyday.
