Comment:  This is as fair a rating as you will find. Pi Phi has some pretty girls that are real social and proud of their letters. They also have been last in grades, put themselves on social probation and have been torn apart within the group by horrible division among their own members. Guys like them and girls don't. They are not a bad house but need some time and better leadership to get themselves back to where they once were.
