Comment:  The truth of every fraternities ranking is that more than half of these ratings are from other fraternities trying to make each other look worse or make themselves look better. For D Chi they are very fun but can get a little crazy which isn't always a bad thing. Overall it's sad they suffered such a tragedy last year but they remain a top tier. Just need to watch out for social probation.
