Comment:  Phi mu has the reputation of top tear simply because no one else has moved up. They arnt anywhere near AΔΠ or KD anymore. They are the most annoying at every event especially derby days and have 0 class...the older girls are cool but most of them have already graduated. They took anyone last year during rush that KD and adpi didn't want which shows
