Comment:  Phi Delt is definitely the top Fraternity on campus. While their parties are not the best (unless you know a lot of Phi Delt's) these guys are all very genuine. They have the reputation on campus of being the guys you want to marry which is very true, they are all husband material. They are all extremely involved on campus and care a lot about other people. I have never met so many genuine guys who truly care about everyone around them, especially their brothers.
