Comment:  the combo of their house location and how nice it is is the best in boulder. So convenient for parties that its right smack in the middle of the hill. My friend who is in it says they will have annexes next year so i'm excited to see how that goes. If they are good, and if they start throwing big day parties like they plan to, I don't see how they couldn't become one of the top houses on campus. Just my .02
