Comment:  Although Aphi and Kappa get reps for being snobby, Chi O is probably the worst of them all. They are one of the most stuck up and hard to get along with sororities on campus - especially their PC 13. The house is full of extremely average looking girls with extremely average personalities. No wonder they've been falling so hard socially, I haven't heard a fraternity or sorority ever speak highly of Chi O. No reason to be so stuck up, girls
