Comment:  Definitely rising again. This year's PC, although no Theta, is probably Kappa level and definitely way above APhi. (TriD has an abnormally great class and may be above APhi too). Anyway, Pi Phi has been doing marginally better in increasing diversity, their girls are beautiful, sweet, and smart, and they're actually a fun group who seems to be close.
