Comment:  Chi Phi has great guys! Smart, ambitious, and very respectful. I'm not worried about wandering hands at a Chi Phi party. But they seem more like a service club then a frat. Their parties kinda suck. I've never thought, "Wow, what a great time!" But their punch is pretty good lol
