Comment:  Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) They might not be as good as their other chapters but I still feel like they are underrated at Tech.
