Comment:  Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten, (UMich, Purdue, Indiana), West (SDSU, U Dub, Arizona, etc.) It's surprising to see them this low at U of I.
