Comment:  Theta Chi is clearly one of the top houses nationally, whether is the South (Florida, Florida State, Bama, etc.), Midwest/East Coast (Michigan, Purdue, Indiana, etc.) or even the West (SDSU, Arizona, U Dub, etc.) They're one of the only fraternities that has a solid reputation regardless of region. (KA, Pike=South, Sig Chi=Great Lakes, etc.) It's really surprising to see them this low at USC.
