Comment:  The only reason AOPi has this high of a ranking is because they have significantly less overall rankings than every other chapter. They're so new and when they colonized they took everyone who wanted to join, which left them with a bunch of weird and awkward girls. They are everyone's last choice, and are even worse than DG. They are trying but it's going to take years for them to even get a middle rank or get above DG or Theta.
