Comment:  Honestly just a slightly sub par fraternity. I put them in middle tier but it's obvious they are at the very bottom of the middle tier. If they can knock that old phi psi house down, build a nice house and recruit 50+ pledge classes from here on out then they will move up to upper middle or lower upper tier. They're not a bunch of little rich d bags like so many of the other pr1cks in the big fraternities
