Comment:  There are some really cute ZTAs at VT but I've found many of them are MUCH clickier than APhi, are overly impressed with themselves, and are even a bit neurotic. Not sure where the classy adjective came from to describe them, though, unless they're self-ranking. They're like your cute, overly dramatic best friend in high school who needed to be pulled in off the ledge anytime a boy she liked looked at another girl. In an endearing, you love her in spite of herself, sort of way, of course.
