Comment:  They are the clear number 2 behind Sigma Chi, the fact that they have a house and a reasonable amount of actives puts them in the top tier. The fact that their house is dry is what prevents them from moving to #1. Older guys in the chapter are pretty cool, some very weak pledge classes though this year. Definitley not as douchey as sig.
