Comment:  I never had a good opinion of them. They were the best dressed and had the aesthetics down - but as people they were at times largely devoid of a soul. I distinctly remember phi mu's making other girls cry and being judgemental of others. As a guy, I avoided them. My advice - join a sorority less controversial. Not worth the hassle for comparatively nothing.
