I know that most of the pledges they pick are very exclusive and competitive which is what top tier really means if every girl wants to be a kappa. The rumors people say on here are that these girls have to be rich, attractive, and smart girls. They have a huge house, and I believe they can be stuck up like any other sorority girls.
