Comment:  Pi phi is rising in the "tier" system but when I mention this to my pi phi friends they typically aren't all that focused on that. I think this speaks volumes to what they stand for; they're more excited about how they raised so much for their philanthropy or how they're involved within the Greek community or how they've been able to get to know more of their sisters this year. They aren't worried about something as shallow as a "tier" system & that's what makes them great, down to earth girls
