Comment:  Pike for years now has been known as the "party fraternity" with a few sleezy guys, but I'll be honest. The girls in my house came to the realization that SigEp parties and acts pretty similar to Pike in that regard, but the SigEps can get away with being like that because they are hotter (sorry pikes). However, the Pikes are actually way nicer and very involved on campus and will probably be on top again soon.
