Comment:  REALLY confused as to why pi phi is ranked so high. I actually really did like them when I went through rush, so I'm not bashing, just being honest. They're a really laid-back group of girls who also like to party a ton. But they're super under the radar and not in a good way. you never hear of anything they do campus-involvement-wise, and they seem to be really uncaring and uninterested in anything but partying. Which is all good and well, but undeserving of being ranked this high!
