Comment:  Definitely the top house with the best girls on campus. Everyone who hates on Chi O are mad because they got cut. Guys kill to get socials with them because the girls are so fun and real. Yeah it was fun having socials with a phi because they're hot and easy. But as a senior, I'm looking for a girl to introduce to my mom.
