Comment:  Being a top tier fraternity, you could deff see a clear difference between them and their neighbor theta chi. With that being said I always got the vibe that phi sig was kinda where u pledged if u didn't get a bid from theta, but thats just from what I've seen with guys I know who rushed. Their parties are fun but the crowd is pretty subpar and they don't put a lot of effort into themes. If you want to be #1 put more effort into recruitment and recruit more guys that will run parties
