Comment:  Chi O is a solid middle tier sorority. They have recently been hating on SK a lot, which i know a lot of people don't like. However, they are still a good chapter. They are usually girls who did not get bids from kappa and sk but are too good to be in AXO. They are pretty fun but have stricter rules. They have a gorgeous house but it is very far from campus which is a huge negative. Will remain a solid middle tier.
