Comment:  Chi O got a strong pledge class with some hot girls - right in keeping with their current girls. I'd say their PC is slightly better than last years, but not quite as strong as DG's. They're solidly at the top of the Upper Middle tier, or at the bottom of the Upper tier, depending on how you slice it.
