Comment:  Don't really understand the rankings below me. Why are you ranking places solely based on their 'tier.' ZBT is no where near top tier, but def not bottom tier like DTD or Phi Kap. Also, they do have a house... Anyways, the new PC is pretty cool, other guys not so much, hoping the new PC changes this frat around!
