Comment:  These guys are the only real fraternities in CSULA, only ones with an official house. The other fraternities have fake ones and all they care about is hosting super ratchet parties. They spike the girl's drinks btw LOL... So watch out. I'm best friends with the President, and trust me, this chapter cares about their philanthropy and academic duties. There's a lot of drama going on behind the fraternity and it's hard for them to throw parties cause of their neighbors but that's all temporary.
