Comment:  Sorry to the haters- pikapp is THE top house at lb. in terms of numbers(members), in terms of looks(not all but overall average of the house), philanthropy, sports, relations, parties- you name it, they have it. They might not be the top in every category- but more well rounded than any other frat- except maybe kapsig(arguable). They really do need a bigger house for how large this chapter is- but location wise it's probably the nicest at lb(except maybe for sig chi)
