Comment:  Phi Sig was really great when my sister went here in 2011, since then its been all downhill. They are a group of south florida guys who only care about partying and you can tell that is their greatest downfall. DONT RUSH HERE! FIJI is about to take their house this coming fall and rushing here would be a wast eof your time because these guys are about to fall off
