Comment:  Rutgers was hurting with Sigma Chi on Probo this past year (they are top dogs with TDX). Spring pledge class was only ok but their Fall 2015 class was probably the best and they are off Probation in Fall of 2016 with seemingly no competition and all the top soroties rejoicing that they can finally mix with Sigma Chi again. No TDX house + DerbyDays and No Probo in the fall for EX = Clear cut top house in fall 2016.
