Comment:  if you ask any girl, "who is top Tier ?" she will 99 percent of the time say Phi Delt in the top two. These guys are top they are all big guy that work out and play sports and for the most part treat girls with respect. Yes they have their old ball like EVERYONE ELSE. they are the closest thing to a perfect fraternity here at UCF. Get over your self for bashing them no ones better at the moment.
