Comment:  Gotta Assume these guys self rank a ton bc no way are they the top frat at umass. Pike and Theta-Chi should be the top two, maybe aepi and phi-sig but thats even a stretch. These guys are nice and all but in no way should they be above most of the frats on these rankings.
