Comment:  I always heard about how cool they were early in the year which is why I was surprised when I went their parties and they sucked. Some Girls generally like theta chi but I really don't know why. They pride themselves for being on university and having a nice house (which I don't disagree with) but I would advise they step up their game in terms of parties.
