Comment:  These guys bring a lot to the table. Would certainly put them, SigEp, and maybe another chapter or two in the Top Tier category. They've made huge strides over the last few years and seem to be on the right track. If they can keep getting guys who understand what a fraternity is all about then they will continue to be relevant and likely dominate campus.
