Comment:  Good fraternity, not my personal choice but they're a solid upper middle tier/lower top tier group. Grades, involvement, classiness (In real life, not on this website) are strengths. Their party scene is has been weak in the past with all the house issues. They're hoping to either buy the house they're currently in or to build come January.
