Comment:  I'm just gonna go ahead and say that you can't judge a chapter's sisterhood unless you are physically in that chapter. You see bits and pieces of how individual members act around each other, but you don't see the whole chapter. This really shouldn't even be a category. Comment on looks, involvement, social life, whatever but don't say that they have zero sisterhood unless you're in their sisterhood. :-)
