Comment:  New, but very nice. The girls I've met are pretty and genuine. I think a lot of these extremely low rankings are posted from KD alums/current members, which makes them very biased and honestly pretty sad and desperate. APhi got a great piece of land that KDs were not happy about. Anyway, not top tier by any means (they're new), but honestly a great group of girls. Excited to see them grow.
