Comment:  While this house had struggled lately, it is still the best house on campus. Enrollment at EIU has declined 30+% since the 1980's, so the overall campus environment has suffered. That and the enforcement of the 21 drinking age only encourages house parties where there is little oversight. Nice frat with good guys. Just not what they once were.
