Comment:  For a new frat they did one hell of a job during rush. They got a big PC and actually had social events this semester. It'll be interesting to see what they do in the fall socially and also in rush. No chapter house next year might set them back a little bit but getting TKE's house in 2017 will definitely help them a lot. Reading these reviews it seems like they can't really go anywhere but up next year.
