Comment:  Intially Theta Chi seemed like a pretty good group of guys looking to not just make a difference on campus, but establish themselves as a respectable fraternity on campus. Things have seemed to change this semester though as the guys they brought in aren't friendly, and I heard some members left before they got installed because of that. Hopefully things can change though in the future for them.
