Comment:  Over the last 3 years under the social control of Sam Richards, Phi Delt has transformed into probably the most fun, proactive, and chill fraternities. I am in a sorority and I can tell you they are the only ones we actually want to party with. I used to rank SAE and KE as 1 and 2, but now it's definitely a tie between KE and Phi Delt and if they keep up their momentum, they will easily surpass KE, especially given their pledge classes this year, Phi Delt won by far.
