Comment:  Being an off campus house they can never get the same quality of recruits as on campus houses do. Despite signing guys who would never fit the definition of "fratty" they try way to hard to act like they are. These guys will do anything to make girls show up and force them to stay at their subpar parties and they take intramurals more seriously than they take their classes.
