Comment:  Theta Chi has been killing it lately! They had one of the biggest spring parties of the year with Travis Porter (Over 1000 people, house was so packed they were turning people away), one of the best philanthropy events with Dawgs on the Lawn, and a bunch of great new guys in their most recent pledge class. This fraternity has been through hell and back but is finally back up to 80 members from 35 only a few years ago. Theta Chi will be back up to lower top tier in just a years.
