Comment:  To cover Kappa Delta in every section... Hotness: not very. They're cute... Like 5% of them. Popularity: they're boring. Every frat that has had a social with them says it was boring. Hanging out with a brick would be more fun. Class: I don't think dirty rushing and talking down about other sororities is classy at all. Community involvement: is that even something they do? I haven't seen/heard anything about their involvement in the community. Social life: non existent Bottom tier.
