Comment:  Okay yeah some people hate on Theta because their sorority is known for having alot of money, but that does not make them a bad sorority just a rich one. No matter the dollar sign of this chapter they are still top tier for a reason and the top fraternities mix with them for those same reasons. They are a top tier house. Maybe not the right house for everyone but that does not take away from the fact that during recruitment everyone wants them.
